Dear Client or Prospective Client;
Thank you for taking the time to familiarize yourself
with our office policies. Reading over these policies will help
to ensure a smooth working relationship.
Regular visits
Regular follow-up preventative care is very important
in maintain the long lasting health of your pet. Therefore, we encourage
our clients to adhere to the recommended visits. We will advise
you when it is time for your pet's visit, and help you with appointments
which best suit you and your busy schedule. Appointments
We strive to keep our clients' "waiting time"
to a minimum, as we recognize that your time is valuable. Therefore,
we are able to see clients and patients on an appointment basis
only (with the exception of emergencies). We consider an appointment
made to be an agreement and commitment between our office and our
clients and we rely on our fine clients to abide by that agreements.
We will always work with you, to the best of our
abilities, to furnish you with appointment times that will work
best for you.
Emergencies
As emergencies do arise, we ask for your patience
if there is a delay during your appointment time due to a patient
in need of immediate care. We will try to inform you of any changes
necessary ahead of time if at all possible and reschedule if that
would be more convenient.
If you have an emergency, please call the office
right away and we will do everything possible to get your pet in
at the earliest opportunity. If we are out of the office or it is
after office hours, we recommend that you call the North Central
Veterinary Emergency Center at 1-866-785-7302, and they will notify
the doctor of necessary.
Payment for Services Rendered
Payment is expected at the time of service. We
accept payments in the form of cash, checks (with valid I.D.), VISA
and MASTERCARD. We have a no billing policy. Please discuss concerns
regarding ability to pay prior to your appointment. Upon your request,
you may discuss financial policies with the Practice Manager.
Estimates
Should there be a financial concern, we are always
glad to give you an estimate prior to any procedure we will be doing.
The estimate will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Referrals
We welcome new clients and patients and appreciate
referrals. Share your satisfaction with our practice by telling
your friends and family. Ask about our referral program and how
it pays you.
Service is our watchword. We appreciate
having you as a client in our practice. We will do everything possible
to deliver the highest quality care in a safe and comfortable environment
for you and your pet. Please do not hesitate to discuss any questions
you have about our services and office policies..
