REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND OUR DOGGY PLAY DATE:

Your dog MUST be able to interact with other dogs in a friendly manner.
Current vaccination records required.
Notify staff of any food sensitivites or medical conditions.
Completed contact information form and release signed by owner.
Intestinal parasite screening within the past 6 months.
Adhere to drop off (10:30 am) & pick up (1:30 pm) times. Don't be late!
Reservation - space is limited - call early to reserve a spot for your pet!
